The Moonwalk management interface or “Eagle” is a light-weight web application that receives HTTP connections.  

A single point of management, the Eagle ensures that all policies, rules, tasks and storage definitions are centralized for simplified administration. 

When a task is executed, the Eagle distributes instructions across the network such that each system participating in the operation localizes its workload.

This distributed execution architecture enables Moonwalk to scale proportionally.

With no middleware or centralized cache, data is migrated from its source directly to target in a single operation. Without the introduction of a single point of failure, Moonwalk is a unique technology offering for Enterprise Data Management.
